What are the best months to visit Energylandia?

The question: when is the best time to go to Energylandia, probably a lot of people ask themselves and no wonder. I do not think it is pleasant for anyone to stand in a line several hundred meters long for 60 minutes to one attraction with two children, in the heat of 30°C and having at the back of your head that you spent a few hundred zlotys, and you can use it all day long 8 attractions.

I understand it very well. The first time I went to Energylandia park in mid-August. It was the middle of the week and the forecasts showed the whole day with no clouds and temperatures around 32°C. I was at the park for opening at 10:00 AM and planned to stay until around 6:00 PM. During this time, I only had 6 attractions and a meal break. The first memories were mixed: Energylandia itself made a great impression on me, but the enormity of people and queues for 60-90 minutes to virtually every attraction made me want to visit the park in the future.

It was only when I went to the park in the fall that I appreciated Energylandia and I managed to enjoy visiting it and enjoying dozens of attractions in one day. Then you will ask: what months is the best time to go to Energylandia?

The golden rule of visiting Energylandia

I have one main rule – do you want to go to Energylandia once a year? Go on any day, except during the holidays!

And that’s the truth. The biggest siege of the park begins around the end of the school year and lasts even until mid-September. Every warm and sunny day in July and August is the worst possible day to go to the amusement park in Zator.

Energylandia in spring?

If you go to Energylandia once a year, really plan this trip in May or at the beginning of June . If it is going to be May, the day doesn’t really make much difference. Usually there are more people on the weekends, but not that many more to queue. From the end of May to the beginning of June, many school trips from all over Poland go to the park. They visit the park during the week and I have the impression that they create more confusion and crowd than families on the weekends. Therefore , the end of May and the beginning of June is a good time for a trip to the Energylandia park . In this case, I would bet on Sunday or Saturday.

Or maybe in the fall?

If you plan to visit Energylandia 2-4 times a year, here I would also make 1-2 arrivals during the above-mentioned period (May, early June). I would postpone the next 2 visits until the end of September or the beginning of October. And preferably during the week.

There will be a lot more people on the weekends, and the closer to Halloween, the bigger the crowds .

In winter, Energylandia is also beautiful

There is one more period when it is worth visiting Energylandia. It is winter and early spring – December, January and April. I know it might sound scary to you, how you can play with your kids in an amusement park when the day is short and it’s freezing outside.

You can, and it’s pretty good! It is enough to take proper clothes and warming drinks. This way you can spend a few hours in the park in peace. Believe me, when in Energylandia you do not queue up to attractions, after 2-3 hours you get everything you want. And even several times.

I and my family wear warm sweatshirts, long johns, jackets, obligatory caps, chimneys and gloves. It is also worth having a balaclava! At larger attractions, it is forbidden to pass in a hat and scarves. Then we put on a chimney and a balaclava, and you can even put on ski goggles and the fun is really great! 🙂

When is Energylandia open?

Energylandia Park is opened and closed on different days and months in previous years. In the current season of 2022, Energylandia is open from April 2 to January 8, 2023.

However, it must be remembered that not every day from April 2 to January 8, we can go to Energylandia. In spring, the park is open only at the weekend and only opens every day from mid-April.

So you can visit Energylandia every day from mid-April to 30 October. After this time, we again have considerable periods when the park remains closed. In November 2022, Energylandia will be open only on two days: November 26 and 27.

In turn, in December 2022 we can go to the Energylandia park almost on all days. The exceptions are: December 12, 13, 14, December 19, 20, 21, and December 24, 25 and 31.

January 2023 is the month when we still have four more opportunities to have fun in Energylandia. And these days are January 5, 6, 7 and 8. After this day, the park will remain closed until the next season. The opening of Energylandia in the 2023 season will take place on April 1, 2023 (Saturday).
